By purchasing or using a gift card from CaleMitchell Company LLC dba CaleMitchell Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable solely for photography sessions and services offered by CaleMitchell Photography.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or non-photography-related items.
Gift cards are treated as a credit towards session fees or packages and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded unless required by law.

2. Redemption

Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking to apply the credit.
Gift cards may only be redeemed by the original recipient or any individual authorized by the purchaser.

3. Expiration

Gift cards expire after 1 year (356 days). Until redeemed or expired, they will remain valid for the full purchase amount unless stated otherwise in promotional offers.

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold, except as permitted by law.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for unused gift card balances.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

CaleMitchell Company LLC dba CaleMitchell Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
Replacement cards will not be issued unless required by law.

6. Promotional Gift Cards

Promotional gift cards, including those purchased during sales events (e.g., Black Friday), may have additional terms or limitations, such as a specific redemption period or usage restrictions.
Discounts applied to promotional gift cards do not alter the face value of the card (e.g., a $450 session credit purchased for $350 retains a $450 value).

7. Booking and Availability

Gift card holders are subject to the same booking policies as other clients, including session availability and scheduling.
Gift card use is contingent upon compliance with all photography service agreements and policies.

8. Modifications to Terms

CaleMitchell Company LLC dba CaleMitchell Photography reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from gift card purchases or usage shall be resolved in the courts of Kansas.
